Balance Recruitment is a privately owned Australian company that was founded in 2007 by Paul Foster and Simon Hogg. They felt it was time to redress the Balance between agency, candidate and employer in the recruitment process. It was time to focus on achieving outcomes that recognised each party as an equal stakeholder. Furthermore, it was important to provide an environment where individuals could Balance the demands of their day to day lives with the requirements of their jobs.

Balance is a specialist IT recruitment agency that recruits permanent, contract and fixed term hire positions from CIO through to Help Desk. We are based in Sydney and open our new Canberra branch in August 2010. We have a national coverage placing roles in all mainland capitals.

Balance has some of the very best and most experienced recruiters in Australia with a combined 100 years recruitment experience. The quality of our staff has allowed us to challenge and outperform our competitors. As a result we have acheived quarter on quarter growth throughout the GFC and beyond.
