If you refer a candidate who is successfully appointed to the role you referred them for you will receive a referral reward of up to $1000. Simply click on the Refer a Friend button next to each job and complete the form.

Terms & Conditions

The scheme is subject to the following terms:

  • A $1000 reward is payable for all permanent roles
  • A $1000 reward is payable for all contract or fixed term hire roles of 6 months initial duration or longer, except for NSW Government SCM0007 roles where a Reward of $250 is payable.
  • For contract or fixed term hire roles of 3 to 6 months duration, there is a 50% reduction in the reward. For less than 3 months, there is no reward.
  • Reward is not payable for an individual who has already applied for this role or is under active consideration. Where a candidate is on our database or is known to us but has not applied and is not under active consideration, a reward is still payable.
  • Reward is not payable for payroll service contractors.
  • Reward is paid in the form a pre-paid EFTPOS gift card.
  • Reward is payable 30 days after commencement of the referred candidate.
  • Reward is not payable where Balance Recruitment perceives a conflict of interest exists
  • You cannot refer yourself or an immediate family member
  • Reward is payable at the sole and absolute discretion of Balance Recruitment
