Our client runs a critical piece of infrastructure and is based on the city fringe.

Joining an existing team providing level 1 and 2 End User IT Support, the End User Compute Engineer will be an initial 12 months contract.

 

Based on prem (parking will be available and free ), you will be involved in 40% BAU IT support and 60% modern workplace related project work working as part of  a very efficient technology services desk and desktop support team.

You are a customer focused , service delivery focused  individual with solid understanding  of modern workplace software and hardware , familiar with ITIL principles and used to working to SLAs.

 

In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

 

  • 2+ years’ experience in End User Compute (EUC) level 1 and 2 - IT Service Desk and Desktop Support
  • Experience with the Microsoft stack (Windows AD , Azure, Windows 10, Office 365 (O365) Teams, SharePoint, etc
  • Experience with EUC hardware deployment and EUC software provisioning including handling SOEs
  • Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and Autopilot (modern device management)
  • Ability to participate in continuous improvement programs
  • Experience in BAU support and project work .

 

This role offers a competitive daily rate, an initial 12 months engagement and the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment where you will learn a lot.

Please note this role will require you to be on site 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) and you might be required to occasionally be on call.
