This national organisation needs your excellent customer service and technical skills to provide face/face and remote support to its user base in mid and northern NSW .
As the first point of contact to my client’s professional user base, you will be called on to provide responsive first point of contact customer service and technical support to a user base from Newcastle north to Grafton. Candidates residing anywhere on the north coast will be considered.
As such, you will:
- Present well, both face/face and on the phone,
- Be able work independently,
- Possess a good mix of hands-on, trouble-shooting/resolving experience in an Apple and MS Windows 10 environment , including cloud-based applications such as Office/Microsoft 365, have used ServiceNow, or similar and ideally some familiarity with Cisco Meraki networks.
- Any retail/eftpos experience will be a distinct advantage.
