This leading player in the agricultural sector is in need of your SAP SuccessFactors skills around implementation and configuration, to join their team implementing SuccessFactors across the larger organisation.
You will need to understand the data structures, system configuration and associated business processes around the work that is being performed by an implementation partner who is doing the build.
Experience with Employee Central and Recruitment & Onboarding
is a must, while any exposure to the following will be treated as a plus:
- Succession and Development
- Performance & Goals
- Learning Management
- Experience in integrating to a 3rd party Payroll system such as Preceda will be an added bonus
