My client, a successful and growing MSP, support a wide range of client’s infrastructure, including servers, domain name management, exchange servers & networking needs. In this role you will support 2 different clients at 2 different sites, as well as work from their office in inner Melbourne.

The role will see you:
• Provide level 2/3 support
• Support desktop/server/networking hardware & software.
• Carry out installation for new PC’s/Server/Network devices and peripherals, roll outs and builds
• Onsite support and travel to the client sites. 
• Proactive maintenance for servers and workstations using the latest technologies.
• Engage assistance from external suppliers for serious issues  

You will bring to the role:
• 3+ year's experience in networking devices around: 
o Routers - basic routing and VLAN knowledge
o Firewalls, Switches, Wireless Access Points
o Cisco Wireless LAN Controller 
• A good knowledge of industry trends in PC’s/Servers/Networking.
• The ability to prioritise and complete tasks according to allocated time frames.
• A pro active and "can do" attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• The ability the work without supervision.
• Car and current drivers license
